Attendance, Make-Up Classes, Refunds & Weather

Music Together is designed as a complete family music experience. Each class builds on the previous one, and children learn through repeated exposure to the songs, activities, and musical play throughout the session. We encourage families to attend regularly to get the most from the program.

Refunds

Your tuition reserves your family's place for the entire session. Tuition is non-refundable after the first class and cannot be prorated for missed classes due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons.

Make-Up Classes

If your child or a caregiver is ill, please stay home to help keep our classroom healthy. Families may schedule one make-up class during the current session, as space permits. Make-up classes:

• Must be arranged in advance.

• Are subject to availability.

• Must be completed during the current session.

• Have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another family or future session.

Weather Policy

Safety is our priority. If classes must be canceled due to severe weather or other emergency conditions, enrolled families will be notified by email and text as soon as possible. Updates will also be posted on our social media pages when appropriate.

Whenever possible, a make-up class will be scheduled. If a make-up class cannot be offered, a class credit may be applied toward a future session at the discretion of Music Together with Jen.

Please use your own judgment regarding travel conditions in your neighborhood. If you choose not to attend because you feel the roads are unsafe, your absence will be treated as a missed class and our regular make-up policy will apply.
